The best tortillas, are fresh tortillas. We produce our tortillas - from nixtamalized Hawke's Bay maize - every Tuesday and ship that afternoon.
In most cases you'll get your order on Wednesdays or Thursdays for non-rural.
We produce enough to fulfil orders on a weekly basis, but sometimes have spares to ship daily.
Keep your tortillas refrigerated for extended life, and reseal well after opening.
